Pohutukawa Room
The Pohutukawa Room is named after New Zealand's flowering Christmas tree. These trees frame the beach view that can be seen in this room.
The Pohutukawa Room has a luxurious queen bed, a flat-screen smart tv with a great DVD library and a wardrobe with a compact desk.
Garden View Room
The Garden View Room, is quiet and tranquil, facing onto the back garden.
The room has a luxurious queen bed, television, wardrobe and drawers.
Guest shared Bathroom
Our guest shared bathroom is located in the hall way conveniently between the garden view room and the pohutukawa room.
Bathroom is equipped with an antique claw bath and and copper rain fall shower that is manually controlled for your enjoyment.
Iron and ironing board as well as a hair dryer are available for guest use.
The vanity unit is an antique original white pine1880's wash stand complete with art noveu tiles with a marble bench.
All of this is offset with black and white tile flooring.
To offset the fact that the bathroom is shared with other guests, we include robes and towels in each room, along with a personalized goody bag that you can take home as a gift from us.
You are given your own bathmat and the bathroom is cleaned daily. Cleaning supplies are also available if you wish to clean the bathroom yourself for your own peace of mind. If this is an issue, please feel free to book us exclusively so that you do not have to worry about it.

Wisteria Guest Lounge
Our guest lounge is a space to relax, unwind, watch TV, read a book or even make a cuppa.
There is a dining table, which can be perfect for that romantic meal, or even a board game!
The room is equipped with plates, glasses, cups and cutlery.
